Lowering Blocks
The simplest rear drop on a leaf-sprung truck: a block between the axle and the spring pack, in place of the factory one. No change to spring rate and no change to ride quality.
Blocks are limited in how far they go before axle wrap under power becomes the problem. For a bigger drop the answer is a flip kit, not a taller block.
Fit U-bolts cut for the new block. The originals are the wrong length and already stretched.
