Shackles
A taller shackle lifts the back of the truck by changing where the rear of the leaf spring sits. It is quick, it is cheap, and it softens the ride slightly because it changes the spring’s effective length.
Keep the lift modest. Too much shackle angle and the spring starts working against itself under load.
