Crossmembers
Lower the body onto the driveline and something has to move. A drop crossmember relocates the transmission mounting point so the output shaft and driveshaft work at angles they were designed for.
This is deep-drop territory rather than a bolt-on accessory. If your kit calls for one, it is part of the kit.
