Torsion Keys
On a torsion-bar front end, ride height is set by how the bar is indexed. A lowering key changes that index so the front sits down while the adjuster stays inside its designed range.
Winding the stock keys down is the free version and it costs travel and ride quality, because the adjuster ends up at the end of its range. Keys are the correct fix.
