Sway Bar End Links
The end link sets the distance between the sway bar and the control arm. Lift the truck and that distance grows, so the factory link either will not reach or holds the bar in permanent tension.
Extended links restore the geometry. Adjustable ones let you set it exactly, which is worth having if you have stacked more than one lift component.
