The Suspension Source is a multi-brand retailer of suspension products. We do not manufacture any products ourselves and therefore do not offer a The Suspension Source warranty.
All products sold by The Suspension Source carry the warranty provided by their respective manufacturer. Warranty terms, coverage periods and claim procedures vary by brand and product.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us at sales@thesuspensionsource.com or call 1-888-230-1288 with the following information:
- Your order number
- Brand and product name
- Detailed description of the defect or issue
- Photos of the defect where applicable
We will review your claim and advise you on the correct warranty claim process for your specific product and brand. Some manufacturers require warranty claims to be handled directly with them, in which case we will provide you with the appropriate manufacturer contact information.
What Is Typically Not Covered
While warranty terms vary by manufacturer, the following are generally not covered under any manufacturer warranty:
- Installation, labor, removal or reinstallation charges
- Damage caused by misuse, misinstallation or misapplication
- Damage caused by collision or off road/motorsport activity
- Normal wear items such as bushings and bump stops
- Cosmetic damage to exterior finishes
- Consequential damage to other vehicle components
