These factory beams serve a vital role in collision safety, but they limit tire clearance when using ReadyLIFT Ranger leveling and lift kits. Our high-clearance beams are engineered for precision using heavy-duty laser-cut and robot-welded steel, meeting the engineering specifications of the factory anti-intrusion beams, as confirmed by Finite Element Analysis. This accessory kit, designated as 67-2900, is tailored exclusively for the 2019-UP Ford Ranger front suspension. It includes two forward and two rearward replacement high-clearance anti-intrusion beams. Installation is a straightforward process involving minor disassembly to remove the factory beams and replace them with the ReadyLIFT high-clearance beams. Notably, the notched design of these beams ensures increased tire turning clearance, enabling the use of up to a 285/70-17 tire (33") on vehicles equipped with ReadyLIFT 3" lift kits.
