Most customers find out the hard way. 1999-2006 models are known for the driver’s side being 1 full inch lower which is most noticeable after lowering the pickup truck. IHC as a previous installation shop understood the frustration. When engineering, we designed and developed our 1999-2006 control arms with a correction for the Chevy lean in mind. That was a must have to make the pickup truck sit level. HOW? The driver’s side spring’s pocket it not as deep as the passenger’s side, making all 4 corners sit level.
